Call with HR, then first round of interviews at their office in London (3 rounds with 2 people per round), assessment day which lasted the full day with trading simulations, negotiation exercises and more interviews... Loads of weird questions, many market and technical questions. difficult to prepare for coming from a non oil or commodities background... had found an physical trading interview guide online called physical trading prep which helped a lot in preparing for this

The interview process was a series of phone and video calls with a foreign recruitment agency, until the very last stage when the hiring team took over. Communication occurred via email, phone call, and text. The planned hiring timeline was not maintained and took a lot longer than I had expected.

Domanda 1
Simply listen to what the recruitment agency tells you to prepare. They understand that they are hiring students and were very transparent about the qualities they would be looking for in the next hiring stage.

First 3 interviews are conduct by an external recruiting company and the interviews are used to base mainly motivation.
The final interviews (2-3) are done by the people from the department you are applying for and are a good mix of motivational and technical questions.
