Interview was easy and HR rep was very kind. Was told I would be contacted after the phone interview but never was. It lasted about 20 minutes. We went over my resume and some of the general personality type questions.

A recruiter contacted me and explained the position, seeing if it was something I wanted to pursue. From there, I had a phone interview with a local manager and then later a phone interview with a VP. Last, was an in person interview with the local manager. The resume showed I had the experience they were looking for. Most of the interviews were explaining what the company is like: pros & cons.
