What a mess. A recruiter found me, but the other candidates where internal referrals. I did 6+ phone interviews, personality tests, drove 3 hours to an in-person interview, and was asked to pay my own way to fly to San Francisco for an on-site interview ($1200 out of pocket that I was promised would be reimbursed). Ultimately, I lost out to another candidate who I'm told had more experience. I can respect that, but now it has been a month and they've not reimbursed me. Every call was a nightmare to schedule. Several people either missed a scheduled call or called me out of the blue thinking we had something on the calendar.
Every step of this process was painful, unnecessary, and a massive waste of my time. Very, very disappointing for a company that focuses on Employee Engagement.
That said, the individual people I interacted with were pleasant, and the product sounds interesting. It's a shame that the actual interview process was a hot mess.
