There are 2 rounds of interview. There were 2 interviewers in the first round, and they asked the basic information according to my CV. In the second round, I was given a series of tasks to do, and then I went revising those tasks with 4 interviewers.

Colloquio
The interviewers were very friendly and asked a lot of questions - not always easy ones - and I had to do a set of tests related to the role (take a phone call, create a quote, create a presentation, respond to a customer complaint, layout a project etc). The entire process took 3 hours. The CEO and Co-founder of the company interviewed me themselves and put a lot of time into the interview. Overall, it was a positive experience.
