Very detailed. Tough cognitive test and multiple rounds. Culture and vibe fit is very important to them. The department manager is the key decision maker. A lot is expected in most roles and the titles usually don’t match level of experience. Pay is usually higher than usual.

Multiple interviews and tests . Multiple levels of departments. Good range of management exposure. Relatively fast decision making . Department managers make final calls.the tests were the hardest part. In my years of working I have not faced such tests. Don’t underestimate them.

Applied online, heard back the next day to come in for an interview. Interviewed once, then came back a second time for a final interview. Overall HR and management moved quickly with the process and kept me informed at every step.
