This company scheduled for an interview without ever bringing up the intern position was unapid. Unpaid positions are totally fine. But this company is sneaky, that it did not even bother to mention it in the career or in the emails leading up to onsite interview. I did not see any evidence of other employees working in their only location. I was told as an intern i was supposed to define my own problem statement, find solution and my solution would be pitched against other interns to select the best. What happened to mentorship to interns
