Now I tell you the worst pathetic process, they ask you to appear for interview from another city, when u go there the so called 'HR' asks you to read the resume and that's all, they don't test you not even ask anything relevant. They dont even take any test to know ur skill. Manner less and Hopeless HR needs confident girl/boy for profile but when they see you are better than them they ask you to leave. I think the H.R needs to be educated about corporate etiquette. It's worst interview of it's kind Please do not go. Yo be in formal but the hopeless hr isnt sure what does she want.
