Completed a lengthy written test for which I received no reply. This is unpaid labour, completely unfair and unprofessional. It sounds like the company is either a/ run by cowboys looking to use your work without paying you or b/run by incompetent people who have no clue what they're looking for so they just send everyone a test.

It has been over a month since my interview and I still do not know the result. They sent a test and I did that before the interview, and if I include that process as well, it has been 2 months. They are not professional. I emailed them 3-4 times and they do not even bother to reply. They also try to hire people from Turkey in order to pay NOTHING. The salary is really funny. Do not worth it. These people do not know anything about hiring process and communication ethics. Even in the hiring process, they showed that they cannot communicate. I cannot imagine working with them.
