Went to an Open House, where we were introduced to the company 6 months previously. They went into great detail about their business model, boasted about their new state-of-the-art data centre, and provided free catered food and drinks. Kept in touch with the HR rep, and applied for the Junior Sys Admin role. Great communication from HR, 1st interview was a scheduled phone call with the Operations manager John. It was over an hour long of discussing experience and person technology preference. 2nd Interview was in person with John and several other sys admins. Final interview I had to fill out a PI test, and it was in-person with HR.
