Requires a pretty intensive case study where you write an op-ed for one of their clients (24 hour deadline) before you can interview. First interview is a screening with the hiring manager, who is friendly but a bit unprofessional. I didn't advance to the next round, but I think the second round interviews are with managers.

It was an easy and thorough process. Part of the process included an interview and a written assessment to complete. Overall the interview process was manageable and average in difficulty at best.
