1. technical round 1(it was java based questions ) first round done in day 1 , got the positive result in first day only . 2. technical round 2 (it was java and project based ) this round done in 2nd day and again got positive response via phone and HR round scheduled for the same day . 3. then before HR round got a email that I am not selected because they want more experienced candidate . They could have told me when I applied and should not waste time of people like me who is searching for job change .
