I applied for the position online. About two days later I received an email about setting up a phone interview. The first phone interview was brief. Just went over what I was looking for and qualifications. The next week I had a second phone interview with the Director of Corporate Recruiting.The final step in the process was an onsite interview at the office in Westlake with the VP and the Director. A few days later I received an offer.
