The HR guy pretty much answered the questions for me, talked about the job and set up a second phone interview with would-be manager. That phone conversation was essentially the same, about motivations and understanding of the role. Interview at the office with would-be manager, sub-manager and HR. Simply went through motivations again, CV, capabilities within the role. HR left and there was a 'frank' discussion just probing a bit further. Biggest part of the interview was the role play, you are given 30 minutes to understand the product and prepare for a pitch - essentially what you would be doing in the role. HR go through it with you and are very helpful. All the role play is is objection handling, seeing if you sound good on the phone .
