Poor interview technique. Often aggressive and undermining. Selection process of employees very random, resulting in successful candidates who often were unable to perform simple multiplication or division mathematics. Many false promises made to entice candidates but none acted upon. One particular telephone interview carried out in the main office with management purposely asking inappropriate questions.

Colloquio
Two calls and then a technical portion (filling in a finance module). I had a good experience until after the technical portion. When a candidate has 3 interviews and isn't successful, they should have the balls to send a rejection email. I feel like I dodged a bullet, they obviously don't care about people. Seriously, I don't expect to hear back about every application, but when someone gets pretty far into the process, it is just polite to send reply.
