The interview was a chat with 2 people about my experience with a chance to ask more about the position. The interview itself was a generally a good experience but the disappointing thing was that it's been over a week and I haven't received any communication at all from the internal recruiter despite me chasing up about it. I felt this was rude and disrespectful. I understand I wasn't going to be put forward for the next stage of the interview but to not even get back to the interviewee about this reflects badly on the company.
