I applied through an employee referral, got a call from HR within 2 days. He asked general questions on my background and scheduled an interview with the practice head. The interview was pretty easy. He asked me to switch on my camera (Zoom) but never switched on his, which was weird. He asked general as well as technical questions which were pretty basic. He said they will let me know their decision. A month had passed and HR still didn't respond to me, I sent at least 3-4 emails. One day they suddenly called me and said they wanted to give me a written assessment to be completed in 2 hours the next day. There were two questions and were pretty easy. I submitted the assignment and they called me two hours later to say I had been selected and wanted me to join the following week.
