I was contacted by one of the HR hiring managers through phone and we scheduled an appointment to meet. The supervisor for the module had a one on one interview with me. The interview was more on technical knowledge and accomplishments. Also the interviewer gauges your attitude towards work and your decision making. I passed the 1st interview and asked to come for an interview with the mdule Director . The time the module director was on a business trip so they asked me to come and have an interview with the HR. During the HR interview, most of the thhing we talked about is the company benefits and salary negotiation. I accepted the offer.

The interviewer appeared completely disengaged during the entire interview. No reaction, minimal interaction, and little effort to create a respectful atmosphere. It felt like I was never seriously considered, which was disappointing.

Interview process took about 45min and the supervisor doing the interview was very nice. Ensured that I understood what the job is about. Most questions asked was quite generic and he just wanted to find out if your personality was a match for the company.

Not stressful, rather standard but non-exhaustive interview questions. Interviewer was kind and allows you to speak freely and comfortably. As long as you've prepared, it should not be difficult. First they ask to share about your resume experiences, then they share with you about the role.
