Interviewed on site abut 2 weeks after applying. Took SAM test, applied for P.T position and had a group interview and individual interviews. The group activity was okay, mostly the "business minded" individuals took the lead. They were observing to see who would come out as an alpha. Just another psychological play at candidates that were already anxious enough.

They took about half a dozen of us into a conference room and we did an activity where we had to build cars. Each car had 3 parts, had different costs, and we had to determine which car to build and how many to build. Then I had two in person interviews and then one phone interview.

The interview was very easy and short (this was a few years ago). The questions were simple and I felt very comfortable the entire time. It kind of just felt like a formality and that they basically hire everyone they interview.
