Submitted my resume at a campus carrer fair, got called 1 week later and had 2 rounds of interviews. Asked about technical background and some questions regarding material characterization. Offer made quick and accepted.

2 Rounds, 90% technical questions. Interview had four people it was for one hour. Felt like grad school qualification exam. From director to hiring manager and engineers. They were nice even i made a mistake and explained well.

Manager was extremely friendly. It was a great session. The team asked some technical questions and shared about the role. After the interview when I asked about the interview outcome, even though they decided not to offer me, the manager gave constructive feedback instead of ghosting.
