First interview was held at my college. After clearing that, I was called for a series of on-site interviews at Malta NY. There were 3 on-site interviews, each 45 minutes long, with the hiring manager, project manager and another staff member.

Being nice towards people. Calm you down when you felt nervous. They guide you to the company. Besides, workers there are very professional and polite. The company is very big and clean.
