Warm, friendly assumed my intelligence asked questions to determine cultural fit. Frankly they put their best interviewers forward on interviews and hide the organizations egregious flaws. The interviewer let me know at the end of the interview that I was likely to be hired for the position based on both he interview and the recommendation of an employee.
