Primero es una entrevista con alguien de Recursos Humanos para evaluar la parte cultural. Luego pasas a una entrevista técnica larga como de 2h (finalicé mi proceso en esta estapa). En inglés y español ambas entrevistas.

Preguntas sobre POO, patrones de diseño, principios SOLID y un ejercicio de live coding que consistió en resolver el reto 'Parenthesis Checker' utilizando React con TypeScript.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 5 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso GlobalLogic (Noida) nel mese di apr 2021
Colloquio
Tech-1(1 hrs ): Backend
Tech-2(45 mins): Frontend: JavaScript, HTML & CSS, Angular 2+.
Managerial(5 mins): She asked me only 2 questions, intro and why do you want to leave current organization (fairly simple answers). And then she told me about the project.
And later i received the feedback was negative.
I mean how can someone judge you based on these two basic 2 questions. So after clearing two technical rounds of almost 2 hours, i was not selected based on 2 simple questions.
Verdict: I suggest not to go for interview because you can't rely on them. You will just feel like they have wasted your time.Now i think i would never have trusted them even if i got the offer because they can deny at any point of time.
If you want to take that risk then go for it.
