Actually it is depend on the company hiring process,Basically there 3 steps they follow to hire the candidate,Test(Aptitude & reasoning- 20,C -50 question ,unix 10 question),Technical interview(Be sure you should know the technical knowledge as per resume),HR interview(if your technical interview is too good then they will clear your HR round no matter of communication but preferred speak in english. ).

They can take more interviews after 3 stages because i had also gone to 3 more interviews to get hired direct in the projects and they have not provide me any training, all things i had done myself to accomplish task.
