Generally Company is great, strong orientation on performance and team visibility in HR i would say, independence and pro-active thinking is encouraged. Interviewing process is average, I’d say it i more about team fit also. Usual stages - HR, Hiring Manager, usually panel, with other teammates, maybe role-playing or test task
