Colloquio
The whole process was a series of interviews, first a couple with HR, with basic personal questions, followed with a technical interview with a tech lead in Argentina, with no test, pair programming or anything alike, just technical and management related questions.
After that, a final interview with a HR lead to talk about the company and the offer.
