Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Globant (Bogotá, Bogota) nel mese di ott 2024

First there is an initial interview with the recruiter to discuss the position and talk about the professional experience, After that there is a second interview with a "Gatekeeper" that is a Globant employee making seniority assessment questions. After this round you get your seniority assigned and continue with some technical interviews with the client. I had 3 more interviews but this depends on the client.
