2 Techincal rounds and one client round
You will receive feedback you cleared technical rounds on the same day client round after one week and feedback of that after a week.
After clearing all the rounds candidates have to wait another week and get to know that they cant proceed further as the client is on leave.
One of the worst reasons to get rejected you can hear from any company. If your client is going on leave then it should have been planned before.
Do not waste candidates time as well as your employee. It shows how companies TA team and HR process is mature in hiring and wasting time
