Got a call from HR directly through Naukri. Schedule an interview within 2 days. After clearing 1st technical interview got the call for 2nd Techno-Managerial round. Both interviewers were well-versed in technology. Both were helping in the interview. The interview fell like a more of discussion.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Globant (Ciudad de Mexico) nel mese di set 2021

Todo el proceso fue muy rápido, todos los entrevistadores con la mejor actitud. Desde mi primera entrevista con el reclutador hasta que me hicieron la oferta unicamente paso una semana.

Colloquio
First of all, there is an interview with the recluiter where they evaluate the english level and by sorprise at the end of the interview they ask simple questions about html, css and js.
The technical interview lasts one and a half hour and it is divided by topics, the main topic was JavaScript (50% of the interview time) among the other topics were: React, Typescript, html, css, agile, React enviroment, etc.
Almost all the questions where theoric but some questions was sharing screen and solving the classic tricky questions about js.
