It's a 3 - step process, virtual. First interview was less than 5 minutes long for me, not sure if that's normal for the first one. Second 'interview' was a 40 min web seminar that teaches you a bit about the company and how it works. It's more of a presentation than an interview, but you have to answer some questions afterwards. Third interview is a bit closer to a traditional interview, but talks more about the training and what to expect. *If you don't have a state insurance license already, you are expected to pay around ~$400 to get the license. So if you're not already planning to get one, you have to put a good chunk of money before you even get paid. The state insurance license also takes about 4-6 weeks to test for and process, so you won't be paid until that time either. Interviewer was polite and I appreciate the transparency in the end, but I wish this was discussed more upfront. And yes, it is kinda structured like an MLM.
