I can assure you that all interview results are discussed with our CTO and lack of experience with any of the technologies from the required tech stack is the only reason why we do not continue to the second meeting with the candidates. We do clarify the salary expectations of the candidates on the first call but we usually get back to this discussion after a technical interview.
