Applied online, no phone call from any real person. Got a not very personal email (obviously sending to many people) to design a game interface. and submit the final work via email. There is no communication/email after I sent my work. I later found out this design is still in production, which means they are basically collecting free designs/ideas for the app. As a designer, this is very disrespectful being asked to do free work, and with no follow-up or introduction communication from the company.
