Very laid back. Interviewers were wearing shorts and flipflops. Asked me about my vision more than past jobs. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. They asked very insightful questions. More of a personality profile. They wanted to make sure I would fit into the group and not be a deterrent to their company culture. They really wanted me to tell them about my success in fiction writing. They wanted me to read a short story I had won an award for.
