I applied via a job portal. Got a call regarding the schedule and 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was a easier one and went for 30 minutes. The level kept increasing as I kept answering. The second round was taken by two architects and the level was higher, based on trickier scenarios, apex optimization, LWC and integration, Flows etc.
