The interview went well and was standard. The individual from Talent Acquisition explained more about the company, the benefits, the team, and the role. Though they also asked if I was married and had kids. Both of which (as far as I know) go against what companies are allowed to ask in an interview. It has been a couple of weeks, and I have heard no response, so I guess I should have lied and said I had kids?

GoCo scheduled 6 interviews in order to complete 3. Their recruiter didn't show up, text, call or notify of cancellation for the first scheduled interview, completed the second, a panel rescheduled the 3rd and 4th Zoom interviews 10 minutes prior to each time slot, and the hiring manager finally completed the 5th and 6th. The lack of candidate care shown in the interview process negatively influenced my impression of GoCo.
