The Art Test for applicants compromised of several pieces that's well over the standard time limit of 5-8hrs. It's basically a week to 2 weeks of unpaid illustration work . On top of that, there is little to no communications with company representative over email or on the phone. This blurred the line whether or not application was successful or not.
