Friendly people, like to talk about their projects. - 1st round: Virtual interview. I failed here. Just behavioural questions (why the company etc.) and a lot of time for questions. They place a very large emphasis on having contributed to open-source projects, as they do so themselves as well. Didn't get feedback why I didn't continue, but likely about the open-source From what I heard there were a 4 or 5 more rounds: interview with ML engineers, take-home assignment, technical interview with ML engineers, and final interview with team lead. Seemed quite a lot for a graduate position
