The first step of the interview was a phone screening with two individuals from the company. The second step was an in-person interview with the owner and another employee. The interview was easy but many of the questions that were asked were not relevant to the role being applied for. They made me do a mock sales/collection call. They were very vague when discussing compensation.

First step was a phone interview. Was asked about my current position, industry experience and my interests. Interviewer also provided information about the company and position. The phone interview lasted 15-20 minutes. The following week I was invited to an in person interview for a 45 minute face to face meeting and an office tour. The in person interview was focused around my personality, motivations, and experience. A few days later, an offer was made and I accepted.
