3 rounds of interview in total. A recruiter will get in touch to discuss more about the role and understand your relevant skills/background. If you are a good fit, you will get through to the first round, which is a chat with the hiring manager. The questions are mainly cantered around what you know about the company, your character, strength and weaknesses, etc. Second round would be with a member of the team where they may ask some hypothetical/situational questions. Final interview is with the head of HR to better understand your motivations and assess if you are a culture fit. Overall, a very smooth and quick process. The entire interview process from the screening call to offer took 2 weeks. They are more focused on whether you would be a good fit for the company as they place a lot of emphasis on culture
Multi-round interview process to meet with different people from the sales org. Each call typically introduces you to different people to ask you questions. Some people are upper level leaders. Some are the sales managers who directly work with teams.

There are three interviews total in addition to a call with the recruiter. All of these interviews are virtual as the position is remote. The first interview is 45 minutes and the second is 30 minutes.

There was a first call with recruiter and then 3 rounds of interviews with 3 sales managers per round. The final call included a presentation I had to prepare and the head of sales was present on the call. It was a good way to meet a good amount of the sales leadership team
