Multiple interviews with senior staff. I interviewed with each person individually. There were all courteous, intelligent and engaged. It wasn't completely obvious that they all had the exact same vision for the position I was interviewing for. But this is not uncommon. It didn't seem to get clear feedback on why I wasn't offered the position, which would have been nice, but I don't hold this against them.
