Applied online. Contacted by their recruiter and cc’d to internal team members so set up interviews. After being vetted by 2 members, an assignment completed and shared, then met with about 5 more team members, and then flown out for onsite interview. (I pushed them about diversity meaning the cofounders; I don’t think one of the cofounders liked that; also discussion around pay w/ one cofounder...felt like he was trying to get down to lowest amount I could be paid rather than what value I could bring and help the company grow) (too many interviews...sensed some frustration from female members of internal team). Recruitor was amazing though.

I was referred to Goalbook through an HR firm. They said that they were looking for teachers to reach out to districts, conduct sales, and provide professional development. The screening interview went well, but communication following was disappointing. The position sounded kind of fun and creative since it was geared towards educators, but I'm not so convinced they're all that interested in having teachers in their sales positions.
