Great interview with upper management and direct management. Easy to see that this is a very transparent environment with real people doing real work. Not the place if you're just doing social services just as a job.

Fair- I had two interviews! The first one was online and the second was in person. During the last interview, they gave me a mock case and asked me how would I best intervene.
