The first round was a written test where I had to write two articles. This was followed by a face to face interview with the COO. I was then told I would hear from them within a week, which I did.

Colloquio
After clearing online rounds, I was called for a test in person. In spite of 2 months having passed by since the test, I haven't heard back from them yet. From what I know, I still have a final Skype round with their CEO, who perhaps is very busy for more than 2 months and away abroad. Whenever I contact, I'm asked to wait for an unknown time. Nowadays, they chose to avoid my calls and emails. Very poor hiring culture. Anyways I have got a better offer from a different firm but wanted to warn others to not rely on these people. They don't respect the interviewees and their time.
P.S: they still tell me I cleared all the rounds and a perfect candidate and is awaiting the CEO's nod. Funny, ain't it?

Had to give a written test which was simple aptitude and an essay. The second round was 2 writing exercises one was writing a an article about a product and the other a cold email we were given access to the internet and an hour to complete. The third round was a casual interview with the founders
