I had been to attend HR interview for Recruitment coordinator profile, it was worst interview process . Recruitment coordinator interviewing Another RecruitmentCoordinator ..i have never seen this kind of process . Go Jek fails to identify right talent , they hired some person but that person quit the job within 2months and after 2months they came back asking if i am still interested to take up this role . But fortunately i had rejected since Hiring team was not upto the market standards. I suggest HR team to look into some good hiring practices

I had 2 rounds of interviews but didn't receive any update after that. I tried contacting the person who aligned my interview but didn't receive any update. But, the were wery polite and humble people.
