We started with a group interview, which focused on explaining the business and the available positions through a thorough power point. While going through it we were asked a couple questions, and it seemed like they were measuring our competency and understanding of what was being covered before we broke and were scheduled for a 2nd round interview. The second was a lot more personal, and focused on my goals in applying to the business and what kind of strengths I had that would be an asset to the company. The interviewer was incredibly friendly, and related with her own experience as I asked questions about her time there.
