I received a brief phone call to setup the interview, but no questions were asked during the phone conversation. During the interview, the manager proceeded to offer me the fitness consultant position, which is basically a sales job. Based on my resume, I am over qualified for a simple sales job and I was disappointed that his focus was clearly just sales.
