I applied for the job online on Indeed and was asked to come in for an interview a couple of days later. I told the general manager at the time that I didn't have much sales experience at the time. He did not mind because it is an easy task to pick up. He was looking for someone with a positive attitude and had a good rapport.

Very unprofessional and clear that management does not have a clear understanding of leadership. However, I will say that they did follow the guidelines and communicated their needs clearly. I think that the managers need more experience and leadership training.

I went in and ask for an application, filled it out and got an interview on the spot. Interview was pretty easy. They ask you all the simple questions you would be asked at any other interview.

The interview was terrible. It started 15 minutes late, the General Manager who was conducting the interview answered the phone for one of his, "bros," in the middle of the interview, and I was asked questions that were not relevant at all to the job, like what my husband does for work and how much he makes. The whole interview was uncomfortable and seemed like he had just googled interview questions and was reading off a list.
