The screening process through phone call was friendly and nice. One week later, went to face to face interview with the hiring team. The overall process was very friendly and took about 1 hour+. The interview talked about workflow, culture, departments, expectations, and even transit. However on the salary package, I felt that they are not honest with the pay range with what they advertised on the hiring post which upset me the most in this case.
