Submitted an application. Before interview I was asked to do a design test for the company. After the test I was selected for an interview. The Interview was nice and simple. Easy conversation and discussion on what to expect.

I had to do two interviews with a design test to show skill level. Once complete then it’s reviewed to see if you’re the right choice. Questions were standard for the role.
