Thank you for your feedback, but we do want to address a few things! The second round interview is on site, to see what someone would be managing in a few months time. We definitely want everyone to have a CEO mentality, as we believe every manager should. It sounds like that word was taken quite literally. The first round interview does disclose all of the basic trainings of someone moving through our growth program, including our sales training. That part of training is also discussed on the phone when we initially call an applicant. Sales was discussed at least two times before your interview on site, as well as all of our online ads make a note of sales or marketing as well. However, the role you applied for does lead to a position that would be managing our professional image, creating media messages and spreading awareness of our brand. We make it mandatory for someone in our office to be trained on all aspects, as that has proved to be the most successful. We apologize this wasn't a good fit and we wish you the best of luck!
