The interviews themselves and eventual rejection were not the determining factors in rating my experience as negative. The coordination of the interviews was unprofessional and gives the impression the organization has a long ways to go in communicating with each other. Initial online interview followed by two in-person interviews at their corporate headquarters in Beaumont, TX. Hiring Manager was present for all three events. Last interview consisted of direct supervisor, Department Manager of HSSE, HR, and Environmental Lead. Questions were not difficult and straightforward.
